What Receipt to Excel does

Receipt to Excel lets you upload receipt images, extract structured data from them using AI, review and edit the results, and export them to an Excel file.

AI accuracy

Receipt data is extracted using AI and may contain errors — dates, amounts, merchant names, or categories can be misread. We don't guarantee the accuracy of extracted data.

Your responsibility to review

You're responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data in the Review table before exporting. Rows marked "Needs review" should be checked carefully before you rely on them.

Not a professional service

Receipt to Excel is not an accounting, tax, or legal service, and nothing in the exported data should be treated as professional advice. For tax, accounting, or legal decisions, please consult a qualified professional.

Service availability

This is an early-stage product. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.

Pricing and payment

Exporting up to 5 receipts from a single job is free. Exporting 6–20 receipts from a single job requires a one-time payment of $2.99, processed via Stripe. There is no subscription — each payment unlocks the export for that specific job only.

Refunds

Since the export is unlocked immediately after payment, we generally don't offer refunds once an export has been successfully downloaded. If something went wrong on our end — for example, payment succeeded but the export didn't unlock — contact us and we'll sort it out.
